Bibi Jagir Kaur reviews arrangements in a meeting with managers of Sri Darbar Sahib

Amritsar, June 24: The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) president Bibi Jagir Make on Thursday held a meeting with the managers and caretakers of Sri Darbar Sahib and reviewed the arrangements and directed the officials to discharge their duties diligently. Bibi Jagir Kaur said that Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib is the spiritual center of entire humanity and devotees from all over the world come here to pay their obeisance. "Every devotee should take a good impression from here, so the managers and other responsible officials should fulfill their responsibility to keep the arrangements in order", Bibi Jagir Kaur. Bibi Jagir Kaur told the gathering that the influx of sangat is increasing after Covid-19 pandemic effect has decreased and there should be no slack in the arrangements for the sangat. While inspiring the officials, Bibi Jagir Kaur said that duty in Gurdwaras is of more responsibility than other institutions for which the conduct of the management of Gurdwaras should be right. She said that every responsible officer would be held accountable for his duty and administrative negligence would not be tolerated. Meanwhile, SGPC chief secretary Harjinder Singh Dhami said that it is the duty of all responsible officers to be committed for the betterment of the organization. On this occasion additional secretary Sukhdev Singh Bhurakohna, manager Gurinder Singh Mathrewal and other officials also expressed their views.
