Punjab Government wants to solve its political ambition by saving Saudha Sadh - Bibi Jagir Kaur
Amritsar, July 14:
The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has strongly condemned the removal of the name of Gurmeet Ram Rahim, head of Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa from the challan filed in the first information report (FIR) number 128 of sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib Ji by the special investigation team (SIT) constituted by the Punjab Government.
SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur said, "The Punjab government wants to solve its political ambition by saving Sauda Sadh (Ram Rahim) and seek his sympathy in 2022 elections. The Dera supporters named in the case are saying that they had done so at the behest of their father (Ram Rahim) but sadly an attempt is being made to save Sauda Sadh."
While strongly condemning this, SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur demanded that Ram Rahim's name should be included in the case again.
"If this did not happen then the Panth would be forced to take a tough decision", said SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur.
