Family of S. Prabhjot Singh offered this renovation Sewa

Amritsar, August 3:

Three rooms were today dedicated to the Sangat after completion of their renovation Sewa (voluntary service), which are meant for organising Sri Akhand Path Sahib booked by the Sangat with devotion at Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib. The Sewa of 51 rooms was completed earlier.

While dedicating the rooms for the Sangat, Granthi of Sri Harmandar Sahib Giani Jagtar Singh and Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami were present among prominent personalities.

Speaking on this occasion, SGPC President Advocate Dhami said that the Sewa of renovation of these rooms for Sri Akhand Path Sahib was offered by S. Prabhjot Singh, which was completed today with the Guru’s blessing.

Advocate Dhami said that all the rooms meant for organising Sri Akhand Path Sahib on the side of Gurdwara Shaheed Ganj Baba Gurbakhsh Singh behind Sri Akal Takht Sahib have been beautified, where the Sangat will spiritual peace by listening to the Gurbani.

He said the Sewa of the Guru’s house is blessed with great fortune and many families feel happy after offering service at Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib. While S. Prabhjot Singh and his family offered Sewa for the rooms of Sri Akhand Path Sahib, they also made a valuable contribution in other services too, he said.

On this occasion Giani Jagtar Singh and SGPC President Advocate S. Harjinder Singh honoured S. Prabhjot Singh and S. Surinderpal Singh with the Guru’s blessing Siropao. Those present included Dharam Prachar Committee member S. Sukhwarsh Singh, SGPC additional secretary S. Pratap Singh, assistant secretary media S. Kulwinder Singh, S. Balwinder Singh, manager Sri Darbar Sahib S. Sulakhan Singh, in-charge S. Harbhajan Singh, additional manager S. Nishan Singh and others.
