Condolence gathering held at SGPC office

Amritsar, September 22:

Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami expressed deep grief over the demise of SGPC member Bibi Ranjit Kaur Mahilpur. He said that Bibi Ranjit Kaur performed her duties as SGPC member with dedication in her constituency of supporting in Gurdwara managements and preaching Sikh faith. She organised big religious congregations and Amrit Sanchar (initiation ceremony) in her constituency.

Offering his condolences to the family members of Bibi Ranjit Kaur over her demise, Advocate Dhami termed it as a big Panthic loss.

SGPC senior vice president Raghujit Singh Virk, general secretary Karnail Singh Panjoli and other office-bearers and officials also expressed their grief over the demise of Bibi Ranjit Kaur.

Meanwhile, a condolence gathering was also organised at SGPC’s headquarter Teja Singh Samundri Hall, and tributes were paid to departed soul Bibi Ranjit Kaur by reciting moo-mantra and gur-mantra.

Present in the condolence gathering included SGPC additional secretary Paramjit Singh Saroa, Pratap Singh, assistant secretary Gurmeet Singh Butter, Kulwinder Singh Ramdas, manager Sulakhan Singh Bhangali, and employees of SGPC, Dharam Prachar Committee and Sri Darbar Sahib.
