Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President S. Harjinder Singh Dhami expressed grief over the demise of Giani Rowail Singh, who served as head granthi of Gurdwara Sri Nankana Sahib at Pakistan.

S. Harjinder Singh said Giani Rowail Singh was ill for a long time and he was undergoing treatment at the hospital.

He said Giani Rowail Singh has offered great services for preaching the Sikh faith in Pakistan and his demise is a big loss to the Panth and family.

Expressing his condolences with the family of Giani Rowail Singh, SGPC President offered ardas (prayer) for the departed soul.

Meanwhile, SGPC senior vice-president S. Raghujit Singh Virk, junior vice-president Principal Surinder Singh, general secretary S. Karnail Singh Panjoli also expressed their grief over the demise of Giani Rowail Singh.
