In view of the Sikkim High Court’s order regarding Gurdwara Guru Dongmar Sahib, Sikkim, the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President Harjinder Singh Dhami has formed a sub-committee for further discussion and necessary action.
Sharing information, OSD Satbir Singh Dhami said that on the issue of Gurdwara Guru Dongmar Sahib, the SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami has formed a sub-committee which includes SGPC General Secretary Bhai Gurcharan Singh Grewal, SGPC members Bhai Rajinder Singh Mehta and Advocate Bhagwant Singh Sialka, historian Col (retired) Dr. Dalvinder Singh Grewal, while SGPC assistant secretary Jaswinder Singh Jassi will be the coordinator.
Satbir Singh said that after the recent decision of the Sikkim High Court, this SGPC sub-committee will soon visit Sikkim and review the present ground situation to work out modalities for an amicable solution of this issue.
